About the Role We are currently seeking dedicated Construction Workers to join our team for civil projects in Canterbury. In this role, you will be working in and around water and heavy machinery, and prior experience in similar conditions is essential. Location: Christchurch Wages: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour What's In It For You This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors in a hands-on and fulfilling environment. What You Will Be Doing Your responsibilities will include: - Stripping out old timber drains - Replacing posts and rails - Working around water and heavy machinery - Ensuring safety and efficiency on-site What We Require To be considered for this role, you should have: - Comfort working around machinery - A WTR (Wheels, Tracks, and Rollers) license - Experience working in water, with gumboots required - Carpentry or timber work experience (preferred) - A strong physical fitness level, reliability, and a commitment to safety - A valid driver's license and reliable transportation - A valid Site Safe and/or Construct Safe certification (we can assist you with this) - The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test - Legal authorization to work in New Zealand Why Choose Max People?
