We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Registered Drainlayer to join our team.
About the Role
In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the installation and maintenance of drainage systems. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a team of workers, planning and coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You will also conduct inspections and quality control checks, collaborate with other construction professionals and clients, troubleshoot and resolve drainage system issues, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must hold a valid Drainlaying registration and have proven experience in drainlaying and related construction work. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with excellent planning and organizational abilities. You should possess a thorough knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are also crucial to succeed in this role.
Benefits
We offer a negotiable pay rate, with a starting point around $30 per hour as an employee. Please note that you will be required to undergo drug and alcohol screening prior to placement, and a Ministry of Justice report will also be conducted.
