About the Role
We are currently seeking Domestic Service Assistants for a casual position that will require availability for morning and afternoon shifts on an as-needed basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective cleaning and laundry services for our residents at Colwyn Lifecare. We prioritize the well-being of our clients and are looking for reliable and helpful professionals who are committed to upholding our standards of service. Requirements
While previous cleaning experience is preferred, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure your success. You should be able to work both collaboratively within a team and independently. Building good rapport with others and demonstrating empathy are crucial traits for this role. A willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly are also important. Additionally, an understanding of Nga Paerewa sector standards and the application of the Treaty of Waitangi principles in the workplace is essential.
