About the Role We are currently seeking a passionate certificated teacher to join our amazing team. This is a permanent opportunity for 32 hours per week in our 2-3-year-old room. Our center features spacious, age-specific classrooms tailored to support every stage of development, ensuring that children thrive in an engaging and supportive setting. As a member of our team, you will participate in exciting shared activities that foster collaboration and friendship among children. Our large covered sandpits provide endless outdoor fun, regardless of the weather. Additionally, we take pride in cultivating a strong sense of family and community, exemplified by our free community library filled with fantastic children’s books. Requirements We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - Early Childhood Education (ECE) Qualified with current or Provisional Teaching Registration. - Proven experience in New Zealand ECE, with a strong understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach and learning stories. - A genuine passion for education, with a commitment to achieving the best learning outcomes for tamariki. - A dedication to sustainable practices, as we respect and love the outdoors, which is reflected in our environment. - A willingness to learn and grow alongside our fantastic team. - Flexibility to work during our center’s opening hours (from 7:30 AM) and closing time (until 5:30 PM).
