We are currently looking to build and manage an internal audit function that aligns with our high ambitions.
About the Role
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of the Audit Committee and the Chief of Staff as the Senior Internal Audit Manager. You will benefit from the support of an established audit team from our sister companies, as well as an external advisory firm with whom we have a strong working relationship.
You will have the opportunity to drive change and deliver meaningful outcomes in a supportive environment. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing and delivering the internal audit function. Initially, you will focus on building and maturing our capabilities before shifting your attention to enhancing our delivery. This role also involves ensuring that the internal audit function meets compliance and regulatory requirements, evaluates controls, and enhances overall effectiveness. You will be responsible for delivering audit outcomes while providing valuable insights to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A solid track record in internal auditing, ideally within the insurance industry or other financial services sectors.
- The ability to cultivate strong relationships at a senior level within the organization.
- A collaborative working style, paired with the drive to build and enhance our internal audit function.
