About the Role
We are currently seeking a CNC Waterjet Operator with expertise in Omax systems and plasma cutting. This is a permanent role, and we are looking for candidates who are ready to relocate to Western Australia. In this position, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 AUD per year, along with additional benefits including flight costs and accommodation support.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for operating CNC Waterjet and plasma cutting systems, using forklifts and overhead cranes, and performing design work using CAD. Your role will also involve servicing and troubleshooting high-pressure pumps to ensure precision in every task.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Experience operating Omax CNC waterjet systems
- Proficiency in CNC plasma cutting
- Valid forklift certification
- Capability to operate overhead cranes
- Confidence in designing from drawings or samples
- Willingness to relocate to Western Australia
- Skills in troubleshooting and servicing pumps
It is a bonus if you have knowledge of material traceability and management systems. Please note that candidates must be New Zealand citizens to qualify for this role.
