About the Role We are seeking an experienced Retail Floor Manager for our Life Pharmacy Prices location in Nelson. This is a fantastic opportunity for a retail professional ready to take the next step in their career. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience while blending your skills in retail, customer service, and people leadership. You will lead the team to achieve retail sales goals and enhance customer experience, fostering a loyal customer base and promoting store growth. This is a permanent, full-time position, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week across five days, from Monday to Sunday. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following qualifications: - Previous experience in retail management or team leadership. - A minimum of two years' experience in a pharmacy retail environment is preferred. - The ability to step into a leadership role effectively. - Existing knowledge and skills in TONIQ will be advantageous. - Familiarity with pharmaceutical and natural health products is desirable. - Understanding of inventory and stock purchasing. - Strong organizational skills to manage a high workload. - A positive attitude and a motivated, dynamic personality. - Excellent communication skills.
