About the Role
This is a permanent, part-time position, requiring 35 hours of work per week. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and education for our tamariki, enabling them to explore and grow in a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment. You will collaborate closely with our enthusiastic team and report directly to the Centre Manager, contributing to the ongoing success of our centre. While an Early Childhood Education qualification is not necessary, experience working with children under five and a natural affinity for young children are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care and education to tamariki, fostering their love for learning.
- Encourage and empower children's development through engaging activities.
- Actively participate in centre activities and assist with staff breaks as needed.
- Support daily operations across the centre to ensure everything runs smoothly.
