About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced painters to join our team for upcoming commercial projects in the Wellington city center and Lower Hutt. This role offers consistent, ongoing work with a focus on both exterior and interior painting. You will be involved in all aspects of the painting process, from preparation through to finishing touches, including walls, windows, doors, and frames.
The position offers a competitive pay rate of $30 per hour, with work hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of painting experience
- Proficiency in both exterior and interior painting projects
- Comfort working on scaffolding for exterior tasks
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for movement between sites
Responsibilities
- Execute all aspects of painting, including preparation and finishing work
- Ensure high-quality finishes on all surfaces
- Adhere to safety protocols, particularly when working with scaffolding
- Collaborate effectively with the team to complete projects efficiently
