Our goal is to remain at the forefront of butchery innovation, from developing new flavors and combinations to providing premium cuts. Key Responsibilities - Produce a diverse range of high-quality meat products, including gourmet cuts and sausages. - Develop and introduce innovative meat products and new flavors to enhance our Butchery offerings. - Mentor, coach, and train our Apprentice Butchers, inspiring the next generation of butchers. - Maintain exceptional merchandising standards and deliver the outstanding customer service that New World is known for. Hours This position requires full-time hours, with a butcher shift pattern starting from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Sunday through Thursday. New World Centre City operates from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week, while our Butcher department operates from 4:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
