About the Role
We are currently seeking an honest, reliable, and enthusiastic person to join our supermarket team as a Baker. This part-time position offers flexibility with workdays to be discussed during the interview.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and handling a variety of bakery products
- Packaging and presenting products attractively
- Assisting customers with their selections
- Performing heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the department
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Honesty and reliability
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Compliance with our Health & Safety and Food Safety programs
