In this leadership position, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating nursing care for patients with cancer throughout their treatment journey. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing clinical protocols, facilitating effective communication among multidisciplinary teams, and driving quality improvement initiatives. You will also serve as a point of contact for staff development and patient education, ensuring that best practices are consistently applied to enhance patient outcomes.
