About the Role
We are seeking passionate kaiako who are dedicated to building trusting relationships with children and their families. Our vision revolves around five key priorities: Play, Confidence, Collaboration, Growth, and Social & Emotional Competence. In this role, you will have the opportunity to foster a nurturing environment where our tamariki can learn and grow every day. Requirements
- You hold an ECE qualification and possess current or Provisional Teaching Registration.
- You are passionate, caring, and committed to achieving the best learning outcomes for tamariki.
- You approach guiding learners with gentleness, patience, empathy, and positivity, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- You are flexible to work during our centre's operating hours, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
