About the Role We are currently seeking experienced sheet metal fabricators with expertise in duct fabrication to join our team. This position offers competitive pay rates and an immediate start for qualified candidates. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Fabricating commercial sheet metal duct - Cutting, shaping, and forming duct using bending machines, presses, and hammers - Finishing work that includes sanding, filing, and polishing - Working full time, Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM Requirements To be successful in this position, you will need: - A minimum of 2 years of proven sheet metal duct fabrication experience, with experience in New Zealand - The ability to read, understand, and work from technical diagrams and drawings - Capability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment - A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work both in a team and independently - Good physical fitness and a strong work ethic Additionally, candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, a criminal history check, and provide references upon request.
