Foreman Electrician - Commercial

About the Company We are collaborating with one of Christchurch's longest-standing electrical companies to help them find their next Foreman. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in leading a crew who is looking for a fresh challenge. About the Role In this permanent, full-time position, you will work on impressive, award-winning local projects. Your compensation will range from $38 to $44 per hour, with additional benefits including a phone, tablet, and van. You will be actively involved in the field, working alongside a team of 3-4 electricians. Your first project will be located on the west side of the city for one of our key clients. With the support of your leaders and the administrative team, your primary goal will be to complete projects on time and within budget. Fortunately, you will be joining a well-established operation that has already mastered efficiency. We seek an individual who thrives in a structured environment, communicates clearly and professionally, and understands the importance of managing commercial risk. You should feel equally comfortable using a computer and working with your hands, and you should possess the confidence to interact with external stakeholders as well as apprentices. Our projects vary from bar and retail fitouts to new warehouses and office refurbishments, with the majority of the work taking place within Christchurch city limits.
