About the Company

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced farm assistant to take on the role of Assistant Dairy Production Manager (3IC). In this position, you will assist with various tasks including milking, fencing, and general stock work. You will work closely with the Production Manager and Farm Manager to help coordinate daily operations on the farm. This role offers the opportunity to take the next step in your farming career within a dynamic team setting.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Experience in a dairy farm assistant capacity
- A strong commitment to health and safety and animal welfare
- Knowledge of current New Zealand dairy farming practices
- A proactive attitude and effective communication skills
- The ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- A restricted or full New Zealand driver's license
