About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on maintenance professional to join our team as a Maintenance All-Rounder. In this full-time role, you will carry out maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Each day will present new challenges, providing variety in your work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the maintenance of property grounds, public spaces, and guest rooms to enhance guest experience.
- Implementing proactive maintenance measures to ensure uninterrupted hotel services and guest comfort.
- Utilizing your skills in painting, plastering, gibb stopping, joinery, and other general maintenance tasks.
- Responding promptly to maintenance concerns raised by guests to enhance their satisfaction.
- Efficiently completing work orders and conducting daily rounds to identify and report issues, contributing to the continuous upkeep of the property.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional with expertise in joinery, electrical, or mechanical trades. You should be flexible and willing to work shifts that may include days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
The ideal candidate will have:

- The ability to work collaboratively within our team while also excelling independently.
- A practical and logical approach to solving maintenance challenges.
