About the Role We are seeking a passionate and energetic Duty Manager to join our team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring our team operates at a high standard. The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, including weekends, public holidays, and late nights. Key Responsibilities In this position, you will assist the management team in enhancing sales and meeting store targets. You will be responsible for achieving personal sales goals by providing outstanding customer service. Your leadership will guide and coach team members, fostering a positive and motivated team culture. You will oversee merchandising, stock management, and cash handling duties and address customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Additionally, you will demonstrate leadership by consistently upholding company policies and procedures. About You We are looking for a candidate who is: - Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about team leadership. - Professionally presented with strong communication skills. - Experienced in staff supervision, with the ability to train and develop team members. - Aware of the importance of maintaining team morale and loyalty. - Approachable, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. - A New Zealand citizen, resident, or holds a valid New Zealand work permit.
