About the Role We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager who will play a pivotal role in enhancing how the Council engages with the community. In this leadership position, you will oversee the development and implementation of our comprehensive customer experience strategy, empowering your team to ensure that every interaction—whether in person, online, or over the phone—is positive and effective. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for: - Developing and leading the strategic direction of the customer experience function in alignment with Council objectives. - Inspiring your team to embrace opportunities for continuous improvement while navigating changes positively. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated and efficient support services that meet our customers' needs. - Advocating for the importance of customer experience across the organization to enhance satisfaction and trust. - Leading with empathy, ensuring the wellbeing of every team member is a priority each day.
