About the Role We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a people-focused Senior Organisational Development Specialist to join our team in Hornby, Christchurch. In this permanent full-time position, you will report to the Group Organisational Development Manager and work closely with an OD Advisor. Your primary responsibility will be to lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle across Westland Milk, Oceania Dairy, and our subsidiaries, including Pure Nutrition, Canary Foods, and EasiYo. In this pivotal role, you will help shape a high-performing, people-centric environment, driving employee engagement and strengthening organisational capability across our group. Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the design and implementation of programs and initiatives to build organisational capabilities and promote a high-performance culture. - Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure initiatives are effective and positively impact the employee experience. - Supporting leaders in enhancing their leadership capabilities. - Contributing to our diversity, equity, and inclusion roadmap to build awareness and improve DE&I capabilities. What You'll Bring We are looking for candidates who possess: - A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field. - A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Organisational Development, Learning and Development, or HR Business Partner roles, ideally within a similarly scaled and complex organization. - Strong facilitation and communication skills. - Experience in change management and/or project management. - Experience working in or alongside operational teams. - A demonstrated ability to coach and enhance performance in collaboration with people leaders. - Experience in collaborating with and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders.
