About the Role
We are excited to invite a qualified Sonographer to join our Radiology team, working across both Waitakere Hospital and North Shore Hospital. This is a fixed-term position covering a staff member on parental leave, expected to conclude in May 2026.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic imaging team. Our busy ultrasound departments provide a variety of cases, including general, obstetric, pediatric, vascular, and some musculoskeletal examinations. As training hospitals, we offer an environment where you can expand your knowledge and experience while contributing to the education of others in the field.
About You
We are looking for a Sonographer who is passionate about teaching and learning, and who thrives in a team-oriented environment. Essential qualifications include experience in general and obstetric sonography, with vascular experience being highly desirable. You must hold qualifications recognized by the New Zealand Medical Radiation Technologists Board and possess a current annual practicing certificate.
