IT Manager
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IT Manager to join our team and oversee the end-to-end delivery of solutions and projects. In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for project planning, team communication, technical execution, and ensuring that we provide high-quality service delivery. You will serve as a trusted leader, mentor, and technical point of contact for both our team and our clients.

About the Role
As the IT Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include providing technical guidance and hands-on support in solution architecture, implementation, and troubleshooting. You will coordinate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and clients, ensuring that all communications are clear and productive.
In this role, you will oversee technical documentation, project milestones, and timelines. You will help foster a high-performing, collaborative technical team environment and ensure that all solutions align with client requirements, security standards, and compliance needs. Additionally, you will act as a key point of escalation for technical issues and project risks, identifying areas for improvement in our processes, tools, and technical approaches.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess a degree in a technology-related field or have significant relevant IT work experience. You should have proven experience in a managerial or senior technical lead role within the cybersecurity or IT solutions domain, along with a strong ability to manage projects from scoping through delivery.
A deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices is essential. Practical hands-on experience with security products, systems integration, and infrastructure is also required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are key, along with a self-starter attitude that allows you to work independently and take initiative.
Experience with cloud platforms and technologies such as Azure and AWS, as well as security architecture and technical documentation, is essential. Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or AWS/GCP/Azure certifications, are a plus.
