About the Role We are currently seeking Tower Structure Maintainers to join our teams based in South Taranaki and Whanganui. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage in diverse tasks, including travel to various project sites as well as client locations. We offer a minimum of 40 hours of work per week, competitive hourly rates ranging from $30 to $33, and various allowances. Additionally, we prioritize job security and provide development opportunities, on-the-job training, and a collaborative work atmosphere. Requirements To be considered for the role of Tower Structure Maintainer, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience: - 2-3 years of blasting and painting experience - Previous electrical experience and/or relevant qualifications would be advantageous - Climbing experience, including familiarity with harnesses and fall-arrest equipment, is desirable - A strong work ethic focused on safety, quality, and productivity - A self-motivated individual with a high level of personal responsibility - Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment - A full driver's license - Good timekeeping skills and a positive attitude Successful candidates will be based in South Taranaki and Whanganui, with a requirement to work at various locations and client sites. There may also be occasional travel to other parts of New Zealand as project needs arise. Please note that DIALOG Fitzroy Tower Services, along with many of our clients, participates in a drug and alcohol monitoring program that includes random testing.
