Crane Operators Wanted – Full-Time Are you an experienced Crane Operator seeking your next opportunity? At Tradestaff Wellington, we have a full-time position available with a respected client based in Petone. This role involves working Monday to Friday, with the possibility of occasional Saturday shifts. About the Role In this position, you will operate mobile cranes across various sites while assisting with lift planning and execution. You will collaborate closely with ground teams to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations, maintaining our high standards of safety and performance. Key Responsibilities - Conduct pre-start checks, including air, oil, water, fuel, and lifting gear - Drive and set up cranes on-site - Organize and adhere to lift plans - Safely lift, move, and position loads - Collaborate with dogmen and riggers to complete lifts - Identify and manage any on-site hazards What We’re Looking For - Proven experience operating cranes - Class 4 licence and WTR endorsements are highly desirable - Dogman/Rigger certifications are a significant advantage - Strong understanding of lift safety and site coordination - Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work well within a team If you are ready to bring your skills to a team that values safety, quality, and reliability, we encourage you to reach out to us.
