About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Store Manager to lead our Lovisa store team. This is a full-time position, with working hours from Tuesday to Saturday. The ideal candidate will embody our values and inspire their team to provide outstanding service in a vibrant retail environment.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in customer service
- A successful track record of achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- A strong commitment to our core values and a positive, can-do attitude
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving continuous sales and KPIs in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Demonstrating effective people management skills through ongoing training, mentoring, and feedback
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Maintaining stock management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention standards
