About the Role We are looking for an experienced Automotive Glazier and Calibration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will utilize your skills in automotive glazing while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for replacing and repairing windscreens and recalibrating Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) technology. Your efforts will directly support our business partners, members, and customers, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety. Key Responsibilities You will have the following responsibilities: - Replace and repair damaged windscreens according to vehicle manufacturer specifications. - Perform calibration of ADAS technology fitted to windscreens after replacements. - Provide exceptional service to AA members, business partners, and customers. - Maintain AA Auto Glass vehicles, tools, and equipment to high standards. - Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations Coordinators and Contact Centre staff. - Uphold health and safety standards, actively participating in hazard identification and corrective actions. - Manage customer feedback professionally to ensure a positive experience. About You To thrive in this position, you should possess the following qualifications: - 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar automotive glazing or technical role. - Strong knowledge of automotive systems and processes. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Flexibility with working hours and a reliable work ethic.
