About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) to join our civil crew based in Whakatane. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who is ready to lead from the front on a variety of projects. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and managing temporary traffic management sites. You will lead and supervise traffic controllers on-site, ensuring all work is completed safely and in alignment with Traffic Management Plans (TMPs). Additionally, you will liaise with contractors, crew members, and the public to ensure smooth operations throughout the projects. Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications and experience: - A current STMS qualification with CAT A and CAT B tickets - Solid experience managing traffic sites and leading crews - A full Class 1 driver’s license; a Class 2 license is a bonus - A strong understanding of health and safety regulations - The ability to remain calm under pressure and ensure tasks are completed efficiently Benefits We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $33 to $36, paid weekly.
