About the Role As a Traffic Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our work sites. Your responsibilities will include directing traffic, assisting with site setup and breakdown, and supporting the Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) and the broader crew. This role will require you to work outdoors in all weather conditions, so a positive attitude is essential. Requirements We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - A current TC Level 1 (TTM Worker) qualification is essential; having an STMS qualification is a bonus. - A Full Class 1 Licence is preferred but not mandatory. - Reliability, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on health and safety are important. - Candidates should be physically fit and capable of being on their feet throughout the workday. Benefits We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $24 to $27, paid weekly. You will receive all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and have the opportunity for ongoing work until the end of July.
