About the Role We are currently seeking a Senior Formworker and Hammerhands to join our dedicated team for an exciting project that involves constructing concrete chambers, located just 10 minutes south of Christchurch. Senior Formworker: In this hands-on role, you will leverage your experience in formwork to lead our team effectively. You will be actively involved in daily tasks, guiding your colleagues and ensuring that operations run smoothly. Familiarity with Formshore systems is a significant advantage. Hammerhand: As a Hammerhand, you will assist the team with boxing, general formwork duties, and site preparation. We are looking for reliable individuals who are eager to work hard and develop their skills alongside a solid team. Requirements - Proven experience in formwork or concrete construction - Leadership skills and site management experience (for Senior Formworker) - Familiarity with Formshore or similar systems (preferred) - Full PPE and Site Safe ticket (preferred; we can assist with this) - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test - A reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude Please note that all applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
