About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Leading Hand to join our commercial construction team based in Rangiora. This role is ideal for a qualified carpenter with leadership experience and a hands-on approach. What You Will Be Doing In this role, you will lead and coordinate a team of carpenters and laborers on-site. You will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure both productivity and quality in all work completed. As the main point of contact between site workers and supervisors, you will play a critical role in maintaining communication and ensuring that all tasks are carried out safely and to the required standards. Additionally, you will assist with hands-on carpentry tasks as needed.
