We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and qualified Heavy Equipment Team Leader. In this role, you will manage our busy Equipment team while ensuring that safety remains a top priority. About the Role As the Heavy Equipment Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to lead and develop our team, fostering a culture of safety and accountability. Your background in the Heavy Equipment and Machinery industry will be essential as you empower your team to take ownership of their safety practices. You will also leverage your mechanical capabilities and technical skills to diagnose faults and service heavy equipment effectively. To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to run a productive workshop, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements - A strong commitment to health and safety, which is our number one priority at CablePrice. - Significant experience in the Heavy Equipment and Machinery industry. - Proven experience or a willingness to learn in leading a team with a unified focus. - Extensive knowledge of Heavy Equipment. - The ability to empower the team to take ownership of their safety practices. - Mechanical capability and technical skills, including diagnosing faults and servicing Heavy Equipment. - Excellent diagnostic ability and analytical thinking to navigate complex issues and deliver high-quality outcomes. - Outstanding organizational skills to ensure an efficient workshop environment. - Exceptional customer service and communication skills. - A resilient and proactive attitude.
