About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Carpenters and skilled 2nd Year+ Apprentices to join a large-scale retirement village project in Blenheim. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with a nationally recognized, award-winning commercial construction company that is dedicated to delivering high-quality residential builds. In this position, you will be involved in residential carpentry tasks including framing, trusses, cladding, and fit-out work. You will collaborate within a motivated team on modern housing projects. It is essential to read and follow site plans and instructions while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Trade-qualified carpenter or a 2nd Year+ apprentice - Experience in residential building - Own hand tools and reliable transportation - Strong work ethic and commitment to safety - A team player attitude - Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe certification (assistance can be provided if needed) - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test - All applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand Benefits We offer a competitive wage ranging from $28 to $35 per hour, depending on experience.
