About the Role We are seeking experienced Class 4 and Class 5 Watercart and Truck and Trailer Drivers to join our team based in Auckland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and operating our fleet in and around the Auckland and Waikato areas. This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week. Requirements To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following criteria: - Possess a valid Class 4 or 5 licence with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. - Be prepared to work in various weather conditions and be exposed to the elements. - Willingness to work on Saturdays as needed. - Ability to work unsupervised while maintaining a positive work attitude. - Understanding of safe work practices related to an earthworks or civil environment. - Demonstrated ability to make efficient decisions in challenging situations and a willingness to assist others and learn new skills. - Capability to identify potential hazards in and around the work area. - Knowledge of, or the ability to learn, operations beyond general duties. Successful applicants will be required to undergo drug and alcohol tests and comply with our drug and alcohol policy before starting work.
