About the Role This position will be primarily onsite at SCH developments across the Bay of Plenty, particularly around the Paengaroa, Maketu, and Pukehina areas, with potential projects further afield. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and are open to discussing how your unique experiences and skills may align with the requirements of the role. In summary, we are looking for candidates who excel in three key areas: - Experience with Physical Outdoor Work: This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions. If you are not comfortable with cold, wet, or sunny conditions, this may not be the right fit for you. - Practical Mindset: Candidates should have hands-on experience and a strong practical approach to problem-solving. Good mechanical aptitude will be advantageous. - Working at Heights: This role requires a degree of comfort with working at heights, particularly using hydraladas. Previous experience in similar tasks is a plus.
