We are seeking proactive Depot Supervisors to lead our Auckland depots in maintaining safe, smooth, and efficient operations. In these roles, you will oversee daily activities, support teams of drivers and cleaners, and ensure that our services meet the highest standards of safety and customer service.

You will bring:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, support, and maximize the potential of your team
- Confidence in managing daily operations, rosters, and incident responses
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great organizational and planning abilities, along with high attention to detail
- Strong computer and technology skills
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in public transport, logistics, or a similar large operating environment
- Knowledge of compliance, safety, or regulatory requirements in operations
What You Will Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead and support a team of up to 45 drivers and cleaners, ensuring they remain engaged, safe, and deliver exceptional service
- Manage daily depot operations, including bus dispatch, rosters, parking, and on-the-day service adjustments
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and wellbeing processes, making safety a top priority in all interactions
- Oversee incident management, ensuring quick responses, accurate reporting, and a people-first approach
- Collaborate with HR, training, and workshop teams to support recruitment, onboarding, training, and fleet maintenance
- Build positive relationships with customers, unions, and contractors while ensuring service and business KPIs are met
- Drive improvements in efficiency, compliance, and overall customer experience
