About the Role
We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team at Gisborne Hospital. In this full-time, fixed-term position, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare staff and ensuring smooth HR operations within the hospital.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with employee relations and HR administration efforts. You will collaborate closely with managers and staff, providing guidance on HR processes while contributing to a positive workplace culture. About the Team/Service/Location
As part of our HR team, you will work alongside two HR Business Partners, with the HR Manager located in Hawke's Bay. About You
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- At least two years of administration experience in a medium to large organization
- Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles in practice
- Computer literacy
- A moderate level of fitness to navigate the hospital grounds
- Proven experience in a role requiring a high degree of confidentiality
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or Business Studies is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
