About the Role We are currently seeking enthusiastic and solution-oriented individuals to join our vibrant team as Hygiene Service Technicians. Our technicians play a crucial role in delivering exceptional cleaning services and maintaining high standards of hygiene. All of our technicians receive comprehensive training on our products, services, and health and safety procedures. We utilize a skills-based hiring approach, meaning that no prior experience is necessary if you possess the right skills. Key Responsibilities - Load and unload the service vehicle efficiently to complete daily assignments. - Perform cleaning services in washrooms and public toilets in accordance with job specifications and client policies. - Provide and maintain hygiene products, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap dispensers, sanitizers, sanitary bins, and air fresheners. - Address hygiene risks and client concerns to enhance the work environment. - Complete service reports to document the services performed. - Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. - Stay attuned to client needs and identify opportunities to improve service standards. Requirements - Eligibility to work full-time in New Zealand. - A full New Zealand driver's license with a clean driving record. - A clean criminal record. - Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Physical fitness and adherence to health and safety standards. - Ability to work independently in the field and manage time efficiently. - Willingness to drive long distances and stay away from home when necessary. - High attention to detail to maintain standards and meet targets. - Confidence in using mobile phone service apps and devices. - Experience or knowledge in cleaning and hygiene is an advantage. Successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment assessment that includes medical, reference, and criminal background checks, meeting Rentokil Initial's satisfactory criteria.
