About the Role
We are currently seeking a passionate Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position for a qualified and registered Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher, who holds New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand Work Visa.
In this role, you will work closely with the Centre Director to support the daily operations of the center. You will also be responsible for overseeing the center in the absence of the Centre Director. Your strong customer service skills will be essential as you lead, coach, and mentor our dedicated team of teachers in their professional development.

Requirements
- Qualified and registered ECE Teacher
- New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand Work Visa
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities
- Understanding of the developmental and emotional needs of children across various age groups
