About the Role We are excited to offer a full-time sales role in our Wellington Tory St store, specifically within the Computers and Communication department. In this position, you will embrace your competitive spirit with a base wage plus uncapped commission, where your average earnings could exceed $38 per hour. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring they enjoy a fantastic shopping experience. We will provide comprehensive training on our computer and communication products to empower you with the knowledge needed to excel in sales. Key responsibilities include: - Selling computer and communication products and services - Utilizing our point of sale and customer service systems - Maintaining the presentation of the department - Assisting with operational tasks, such as stock takes - Working across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays About You We are looking for a strong communicator who is eager to work hard and enjoy the rewards that come with uncapped commission. Your dedication will allow you to take control of your earnings.
