About the Role
We are seeking an experienced radiographer who is ready to step into a leadership role or an existing team leader looking for their next challenge. In this position, you will lead a high-performing team specializing in CT and general X-Ray services within a well-resourced and professional environment. You will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring that our patients receive safe, timely, and high-quality care.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Lead the daily operations of CT and general imaging services.
- Provide team leadership, mentoring, and performance support to your colleagues.
- Manage workflow and resource planning to ensure operational efficiency.
- Champion best practices in clinical safety, compliance, and patient care.
- Collaborate closely with Radiologists and other clinical teams.
- Contribute to service improvements and staff development.
- Ensure that imaging equipment is well maintained and compliant with standards.
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NZ MRTB registration.
- A recognized qualification in Medical Imaging.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in CT and general radiography.
- Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory, or senior role.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- A passion for people leadership and outstanding patient outcomes.
