About the Role We are seeking a Trade Assistant who is ready to roll up their sleeves and engage in a variety of hands-on tasks. This position is ideal for someone who embodies a "jack of all trades" mentality and thrives on problem-solving. You will be responsible for conducting both preventative and reactive maintenance across the facility, working with machinery, systems, and infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications: - Experience in mechanical, electrical, or general maintenance - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically on your feet - A willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to various tasks - Comfort in working with a range of tools and equipment - Physical fitness to manage hands-on work in potentially challenging environments - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team Additionally, we require the following essentials: - A proactive and reliable attitude - Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or electrical issues - Two work references (mandatory) - Reliable transportation to and from the workplace - A commitment to maintaining health and safety standards on-site - The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Benefits In this role, you will receive competitive pay and enjoy a supportive, dynamic work environment.
