About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of Security Officer - Document Destruction. This full-time position is essential for the secure handling and processing of sensitive materials, ensuring both safety and efficiency within our shredding operations. Key Accountabilities In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Processing bins promptly to meet bin exchange standards. - Safely storing and handling materials until destruction is complete. - Maintaining a clean, professional workspace and adhering to company guidelines. - Accurately documenting daily processing details for administrative purposes. - Ensuring equipment is functional and properly maintained. - Safely stacking processed materials in designated areas. - Reporting issues, incidents, or performance impacts to the Manager in a timely manner. - Consistently meeting internal customer expectations and delivering quality results. About You The ideal candidate will have the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and take direction effectively. You should approach daily tasks with professionalism and a positive attitude.
