We are currently expanding our team in Auckland and are looking for a skilled and confident Quantity Surveyor to join us. About the Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Senior Quantity Surveyors with various tasks related to payment claim reviews and contract drafting. Your responsibilities will include managing variations and claims from the client’s perspective, working across projects of different sizes and contract types, including NZS3910. You will maintain registers for variations, claims, delays, and instructions, and prepare necessary notices for claims and variations. Additionally, you will assist with procurement activities while ensuring compliance with our policies. Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to ensure contract compliance will be essential, as will providing reporting and general commercial support. You may also be required to perform general ad-hoc duties as needed. Requirements We are looking for candidates who possess a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management. A minimum of two years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor at an intermediate level is required, along with experience across various project sizes and contract types. Strong communication skills, confidence, and a professional presence are essential for this role. You should be capable of managing complex situations and multitasking effectively. Benefits We offer an attractive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, along with mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.
