About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic leader who can inspire our team to be highly productive and effectively manage stock movement on the retail floor. In this role, you will report directly to the Store Manager and be a key member of our Leadership team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the retail floor and ensuring operations run smoothly. This position requires flexibility to work one weekend day as a Duty Manager and align with our trading hours.
You will be responsible for achieving objectives related to health and safety, customer service and satisfaction, retail profit and loss, team leadership, and performance. Your leadership will enhance our systems and processes, motivating staff to excel in their roles.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in Big Box retail store management, with a minimum of three years of experience focused on people management, sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.
