About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager for a part-time position, working 32 hours per week from Sunday to Thursday. In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to identify and maximize sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will include coaching, developing, and providing constructive feedback to your team.
To excel in this position, you should be driven by sales performance and dedicated to delivering an exceptional service experience to every Just Jeans customer. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities
- Previous management experience, preferably in retail
- Capability to motivate the team and uphold brand standards
- Proven track record of achieving sales, managing wages, meeting KPIs, and minimizing stock loss
Requirements
- Experience in retail management is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for customer service and sales
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
