About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Plumbing & Bathroom Department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive the right products and an outstanding level of service every time they visit us. If you are familiar with plumbing terminology such as elbows, P & S traps, and both low and high pressure, this is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your retail skills.
Our Plumbing & Bathroom Department offers a wide selection of plumbing supplies and bathroom products, including an extensive range of tapware for our DIY customers. You will be expected to go the extra mile to enhance the customer experience and contribute to our department’s success.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills
Previous retail experience and/or experience in the plumbing and bathroom sector will be considered highly advantageous.
