About the Company At MASH Trust, we are a leading provider of disability, mental health, and addiction services. With a dedicated team of over 550 staff and volunteers, we operate throughout the lower North Island. About the Role We are currently looking for casual support workers to join our Disability Team in Havelock North. In this role, you will provide one-on-one daily support, helping to create a safe home environment where individuals can learn new skills. You will be a key figure in their lives, assisting them in engaging with their community and participating in activities they enjoy. We are seeking compassionate individuals with empathy and a genuine passion for helping others. Requirements - A relevant qualification and/or experience in the Disability or Mental Health sectors is preferred. - A current full driver's license is required. - A commitment to maintaining a healthy home environment, including assisting with cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping. - A caring nature and integrity, with the ability to support individuals from diverse backgrounds. - Eligibility to work in New Zealand is essential. Benefits We offer an excellent working environment with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $23.50 to $29.10, depending on qualifications.
