About the Role We are currently seeking experienced caregivers with flexible availability for regular shifts in the Wellington suburbs of Khandallah and Wadestown. Our clients require varying levels of support, with some needing assistance seven days a week, while others may only require a few visits each week. We customize our care to align with each client's specific needs and work closely with our caregivers to ensure the schedule fits around your lifestyle and commitments. In this role, you will provide companionship, meal preparation, and personal care to our clients. Our agency operates 24 hours a day, offering a range of shift options including days, nights, and sleepover shifts from Monday to Sunday, with a minimum shift duration of two hours. We provide support that spans from companionship to palliative care, allowing you to select shifts that complement your skill set. Our dedicated office team is available to provide ongoing support and guidance, and we have a registered nurse on staff to assist you in your caregiving role. Additionally, our after-hours coordination team is available to ensure you receive the necessary support, especially during weekends and nights.
