Our bakery department is an integral part of our operations, and we take pride in the delicious baked goods we offer. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Cake Baker to join our dynamic team. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Baker who is passionate about creating exceptional cakes and sweet products. While formal qualifications are not necessary, substantial experience in baking will be highly regarded. The successful candidate will focus primarily on cake baking, demonstrating reliability, excellent time management, and self-motivation. A strong ability to work collaboratively within a team is essential, as is a commitment to producing high-quality baked goods. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of baking within the department, from bread to cakes and everything in between. Your expertise in cake baking and sweet products will place you at the forefront of our operations. You should also be knowledgeable about the relevant food safety and hygiene standards required in food preparation. Hours The scheduled workdays are Sunday to Thursday, from 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM, totaling 45 hours per week. Additional hours may be required during peak periods and to cover staff leave, with ample notice provided.
