About the Role
We are excited to offer a casual position for a Barista within our supportive team. In this role, you will provide exceptional food and beverage service in our café, catering to residents, relatives, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include crafting delicious beverages, ensuring cleanliness and organization within the café, and fostering a welcoming and caring atmosphere throughout the village. Collaboration with colleagues is key as you work together to deliver outstanding service.
About You
To thrive in our caring and supportive environment, you should possess:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a busy café setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask effectively while making coffee, serving customers, and providing food service.
- A strong sense of empathy combined with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- A reliable and professional attitude, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
